IT management
This section contains articles about IT project management and IT service management.
The first section that I'm going to develop is a tools section that contains detailed information about open-source tools that can be put to good use in a project- or service-oriented IT environment. There is a wealth of such tools available on the internet, though few of them are solid enough to withstand the use (and abuse) in a real-world production environment.
All tools in this section are being tested for real-life use. I will therefore restrict the list to reliable tools that are withstanding severe testing criteria.
