Reports to the Board of Directors.
- Day-to-day management of the non-profit in Belgium and Luxemburg.
- Responsible for budget, revenue, organisation, financial management, human resources management, external communications and relations with media, governments and other third-world actors.
- Chairman of the National Directors team: coordination of the different branches in donor countries and facilitation of the interactions between donor and program countries.
- Developing worldwide International strategic planning as a member of the International Management team.
- Project manager of several subprojects in large international organisational change initiatives (communication system, programme quality, finance system, IT infrastructure)
- Development of an integrated CMS system for small donor countries (Belgium, France, Germany, UK en Australia)
